Field units
Practicality, reliability and the small form-factor are all inherent features of the LiveU field units. To ensure the recovery of the lost data packets, the units leverage LiveU’s patented bonded cellular technology and the unique Reliable Transport protocol.
Encoders
LiveU encoders currently work with H.264 or HEVC coding which means Full HD or UHD/4K broadcast quality depending on the devices. For the ultimate hybrid video performance, encoders are able to function with cellular, satellite and fibre connections at the same time.
Software
In case your budget limitations do not allow for the purchase of further field units, you may still use LiveU’s software products to deliver perfect broadcast quality. Our applications developed for smartphones and Apple computers guarantee a professional result.
Servers
The primary task of the servers is to receive, reconstruct and playout the bonded video stream sent by LiveU’s range of field units. Although the software required for this can be installed on desktop computers, focusing on production on-the-go, LiveU is the distributor of rackmount devices.
